QUESTIONS
Before you subscribe.
- How is a server counted?
- One subscription unit covers one physical host booting SmartOS, whatever runs inside it. Set the quantity at checkout and change it later as your fleet changes.
- Is this a donation?
- No. Sovren Technologies, Inc. is a company, so subscriptions and one-time contributions are business payments and are not tax-deductible. You get a receipt for every payment.
- What does support not cover?
- Support works problems with you. It does not guarantee a fix by a deadline. Custom development, on-site work, and Triton Private Cloud deployments are quoted separately.
- Can I pay yearly or by invoice?
- Yes. Talk to sales for annual terms, purchase orders, or volume pricing on larger fleets.
