Sovren Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Triton Cloud ("Triton," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on tritoncloud.io and in the Triton console. This policy explains what those technologies are, what we use them for, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember things between page loads and between visits — that you are signed in, which theme you prefer, whether you have dismissed a banner.
A session cookie is deleted when you close your browser. A persistent cookie stays until it expires or you delete it. A first-party cookie is set by the site you are visiting; a third-party cookie is set by another domain whose service is embedded in the page.
We also use closely related technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixels — and treat them the same way in this policy.
2. Two Surfaces, Two Different Uses
Triton has two distinct web surfaces, and they use cookies differently.
- The marketing website (tritoncloud.io) uses strictly necessary cookies and, where you permit it, analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful.
- The console (the signed-in application) uses strictly necessary and functional cookies only. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking inside the console. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or selling data to third parties on either surface.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Lifetimes above are the maximum for each category. A current list of the specific cookies we set, the domain that sets each one, and its expiry is available on request from privacy@tritoncloud.io.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by providers we use to run the site and the Services — for example an analytics provider, our payment processor on billing pages, and a content delivery network. These providers may set their own cookies, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not permit them to use cookies set through our properties for their own advertising purposes. The providers currently in use are named in the cookie list described above, available on request from privacy@tritoncloud.io.
5. Your Choices
Browser controls
Every major browser lets you see the cookies stored on your device, delete them, and block some or all future cookies. These controls are usually found under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the console.
Consent controls
Where applicable law requires your consent before non-essential cookies are set, we obtain that consent before setting them. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser, by using any cookie settings control we provide on the site, or by contacting privacy@tritoncloud.io.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable law requires it. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the practical effect on your data is limited either way.
Opting out of analytics
You can opt out of analytics cookies by blocking them in your browser or through any cookie settings control we provide on the site. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the Services.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. If we begin using cookies for a materially different purpose, we will tell you before that change takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent.
